Prof. Dr. Ir. Aisyah Endah Palupi, M.Pd., is a professor at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, and currently serves as Secretary of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Sesditjen Kemdiktisaintek), Republic of Indonesia. Her expertise spans chemistry, corrosion engineering, and sustainable technology. She actively researches biodiesel, wastewater flow simulation, and graphene oxide from battery waste. A prolific author of journals and books, she previously served as Education and Cultural Attaché in the Philippines, enhancing international academic collaboration. Her contributions in education, research, and diplomacy support Indonesia’s efforts to strengthen innovation and global higher education competitiveness.
